Safety appears to have two at top
Texas defensive back open but a couple of schools looking hard at him.
Orange, Texas safety Vontearr Edwards is getting attention from schools around the south and midlands. Schools looking at Edwards are LSU, Texas A&M, Texas, Oklahoma and Nebraska. He has not received any offers yet.

“I’m pretty open right now,” Edwards said, “but right now LSU and Texas A&M are contacting me the most.”
The 5-foot-11, 172 pound safety will camp at LSU and Texas A&M this summer.
“I’m still undecided as far as a major in college, but a good academic program is most important to me with my college.”
“My dream visits would be to Texas, Miami, Oklahoma and Texas Tech.”
