Sacramento TE nearing decision

Tight end Asante-Jabari Cleveland (6-5, 235, 4.75) from Sacramento (Calif.) Christian Brothers has three offers on the table and he could be nearing decision pretty soon. Whoever lands Cleveland will be getting a player with a tremendous upside.
Cleveland has offers from Nevada, Washington State and San Diego State. He has already unofficially visited both Washington State and San Diego State while this evening (Thursday August 13th) he will be visiting Nevada.

Besides Nevada, Washington State and San Diego State, Cleveland attended Cal's Skills camp this summer and took an unofficial visit to UCLA.
"Cal's skill camp was alright, but they didn't offer," Cleveland said. "I felt I performed pretty well. They told me that they wanted to follow me through my senior year.
"I liked my visit to UCLA," Cleveland said. "I was able to see the campus and took a tour. They were pretty nice.
"I was able to meet and talk to Coach Rick Neuheisel," Cleveland said. "He said that UCLA likes me a lot, but they want to see how I do my senior year.
"I really liked my visit to Washington State," Cleveland said. "I was able to meet Coach Paul Wulff and their offensive coordinator, Todd Sturdy. I was also able to meet and talk to the players at Washington State and I liked the campus.
"I also liked my visit to San Diego State," Cleveland said. "The campus was huge. I liked Coach Dan Ferrigno. I think he's really cool.
"I'm going to commit before my first game," Cleveland said. "I'm still working out who it will be."
Cleveland comes from outstanding athletic bloodlines. His father played two sports in college. He played hoops for Arizona State when they were still in the WAC and played football for Pacific where he was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys.
As a junior, Cleveland earned all-league honors after leading his team in receptions with 21. He had 262 receiving yards and four touchdowns.
While playing spot duty as a defensive end, Cleveland had two sacks and one deflected pass.
