Rutherford names favorite
Indianapolis (Ind.) Tri-West wide receiver Chris Rutherford attended five football camps during the summer. Not too surprisingly, the four schools he mentions as being interested in are four of the five he camped at.
"I went to Indiana for one day of camp," Rutherford said. "I went to Purdue for one day, Michigan for one day, Western Michigan for one day, and Miami of Ohio for a day.

"Right now my top interest is Indiana. I like their coaches. When I went down there I really liked it. I liked how everything was set up.
"After that it's up in the air, Western Michigan, Purdue, Miami of Ohio, whoever offers.
"I'm going to the Ohio U. at Purdue game. I'll go to Indiana and Miami games. And hopefully a game at Western Michigan."
The 6-foot-2 and 180-pound Rutherford caught 59 passes for over 1200 yards during his junior season. Rutherford averaged 20 yards per catch and scored 13 times.
