Roxas adds another offer

La Canada (Calif.) St. Francis offensive center Andrew Roxas took one last unofficial visit this past weekend before fall camp opens up. The 6-foot-2, 298-pound three-star prospect that is ranked as the No. 72 player in California visited Colorado State and came away impressed.
"I think I impressed the coaches with my technique and how well I moved at my size," Roxas said.

"After the camp, they offered me a scholarship. I'm pretty pumped up about that. I really liked it up there."
Roxas already had offers from Colorado, San Diego State, UNLV, Utah and Washington State on the table. He is also being recruited by Cal and Arizona State.
"It's pretty cool how I came home with scholarships after all those camps, except for the Cal one," Roxas said.
"But even they said they were going to be watching me closely."
Roxas said he doesn't have a true leader at this point. At this point it still looks like Roxas will take his time and isn't in a rush to make a decision. But the all-league and all-CIF selection from 2005 feels his stock moving up.
"It's like all the hard work is finally starting to pay off," he said. "It makes you feel really good."
