Rosebud overloaded with attention

North Mesquite (Texas) cornerback Larry Rosebud has seen his offer list go from short to very long in a short period of the time. The spring has ushered in new offers but the talented defender is staying quiet on favorites.
The 5-foot-10, 170-pounder now holds offers from Arizona State, Arkansas, Baylor, Florida, Kansas, Kansas State, and Mississippi State. The humble prospect isn't about bragging and is still just taking everything slow.

"Yeah I've got a couple," Rosebud said about his offers. "I like all of them though. I can't make up my mind on any favorites."
Rosebud says that he and his step-brother Richetti Jones have a couple of the same offers, such as Florida and Baylor, and are considering those heavily.
"We're trying to go to the same school and stay close together," Rosebud said about Richetti. "Those are the two that we have the same offers from. We're going to head down to Florida this summer. I don't think it will be for a camp, but just a visit to see what it's like."
Since the beginning of May, Rosebud has received phone calls from Mississippi State, Central Florida, and Alabama. He didn't get a chance to speak with Alabama as he missed the call, but says he plans to call them back.
"They haven't said anything about an offer, but I'm going to see what they have to say," he said.
