Rodriguez ready for visits

Hacienda Hts. (Calif.) Los Altos two way athlete Raymond Rodriguez had his season cut short due to an injury but recruiting still seems to be going well. Rodriguez still has one offer on the table but several other schools are showing interest.
Rodriguez, 6-2, 240 pounds was an all-league player at both tight end and defensive end as a junior and is getting looks on both sides of the ball as well. The athlete caught 13 balls for 183 yards and two touchdowns but missed half the season due to a broken arm.

"It was a clean break but I'm doing better now," Rodriguez said. "I'm almost fully recovered and looking forward to taking some of my official visits."
Rodriguez picked up an early offer from Louisiana Tech and has trip offers from a handful of schools as well.
"I think my first trip will be to Nevada (Nov. 14)," Rodriguez said. "They're supposed to call me on Sunday to solidify everything. San Jose State is also talking to me about taking a visit in the next two weeks and Washington State wants me to come up for a visit as well.
"I'm definitely going to visit Louisiana Tech as well. They're recruiting me the hardest and I talk to them every week. I'm hoping to do that visit sometime in December. Hopefully I can take all my trips in December or early January and then be ready to make my decision after I take all my visits."
