Robinson lands new Pac-12 offer

Curtis Robinson is focused on the playoffs but his recruitment continues to stay busy and the latest is an offer from Cal.
The 2016 three-star athlete from Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei is expected to attend the Stanford-Cal game this weekend and he could take an unofficial visit to Berkeley this off-season. There is a lot of early interest.

"I've been talking to Cal for a long time," Robinson said.
"Over this past month we've built a pretty good relationship. We've been talking a lot through Twitter and I've been receiving mail almost every day from them. I've been in contact with them for a while."
Cal offered Robinson as a linebacker but the Mater Dei standout could also play wide receiver. He plays both ways this season. The 2016 prospect has been talking with the Golden Bears' coaches about a trip up there in the coming months.
"I haven't been up there," Robinson said. "I talked to coach (Garret) Chachere about possibly taking a visit up there in the off-season but I haven't seen the place yet."
So far, the 6-foot-3, 215-pound three-star recruit has been offered by Cal, Boston College, Duke and Washington.
Some other Pac-12 schools are showing interest in Robinson but he's receiving the most interest from a Big 10 school.
"Northwestern is the only new school that I've been hearing from a lot," Robinson said. "I've been in contact with Coach (Jerry) Brown through Twitter."
This weekend Santa Ana Mater Dei plays Corona (Calif.) Centennial in the second round of playoffs.
