Robertson popular this spring

Naperville (Ill.) Neuqua Valley wide receiver Isaiah Robertson was named to the Rivals100 2017 Watch List this past winter, and not surprisingly, he has been popular during the Spring Evaluation Period.
"In the past few weeks, Ohio State came, Penn State, Indiana and Cincinnati, so it's been really active around my school," Robertson said. "It's basically been a hand-shake and 'we're looking at you.' I've been on the phone with a couple of them."

One of the coaches that Robertson was able to follow-up with on the phone was an assistant from Ohio State.
"He wanted me to come down for a visit, and I am going down for a camp on the 16th of June," Robertson said.
A summer camp is also planned with Miami on June 8. Robertson most recently made visits to Illinois and Northwestern for spring practices.
"I talked to the head coach (at Northwestern) and it was a really nice feeling," Robertson said. "The practice was nice and the players looked good."
Illinois is one of two early offers for Robertson, along with Toledo.
"I haven't talked to Illinois since I last went down there," Robertson said. "Everything has been kind of quiet from them."
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Robertson is coming off a sophomore season in which he recorded 30 receptions for 721 yards and five touchdowns.
