Roadies: Penn State/North Carolina

Campbell was a freight train that none of the interior offensive linemen could slow down. He went against some very good offensive linemen and Campbell was able to beat them off the line and blow past them without using any real passing rushing move. Campbell knows how to stay low, use leverage and attack half a man.
Physical specimen
LB Jaleel Laguins | Watkinsville (Ga.) Oconee County
He may not have had the best performance during one-on-ones, but Laguins is a special talent. At 6-foot-1 and close to 210 pounds, Laguins has very little body fat and has great strength. On top of that, he ran the 40-yard dash in less than 4.5 seconds and jumped more than 11 feet in the broad jump. Laguins is a true physical specimen with a very high ceiling.
Best quarterback
QB Logan Byrd | Kathleen (Ga.) Veterans High School
Byrd isn't the tallest quarterback but he has a cannon for an arm. At about 6-foot-2 and more than 230 pounds, he looks like a linebacker. Byrd threw accurate passes all over the field and his passes seemed to be pretty catchable. With such a strong arm, it was good to see that Byrd could put touch on passes when needed.
Deep threat
WR Diondre Overton | Greensboro (N.C.) Page
Overton is a very smooth runner and has a long stride. For such a tall receiver (6-foot-5), Overton is surprisingly explosive and gets down the field in a hurry. On Saturday night, he routinely blew past defensive backs and made some nice over-the-shoulder catches. Almost everything he does looks effortless and it is scary how much better he can get.
Sleeper alert
LB Sherrod Greene | Rocky Mount, N.C. (2017)
Physically, Greene would fit in on a college football team right now. He has the strength and body type to dominate at the high school level and get bigger in college. Greene is better against the run than the pass. He plays well moving downhill and is a great hitter. Green moves well in space and is quickly learning to read and react faster in coverage.
Buzzworthy
DE Yetur Matos | Fredericksburg (Va.) Riverbend (2017)
A few weeks ago Matos didn't have any offers and now he is close to double digits. He is a very long defensive end with a ton of room to fill out his frame. Matos is surprisingly quick-twitch and shows some suddenness coming off the edge. His skill set is comparable to 2015 Rivals250 and Clemson signee Clelin Ferrell, but we'll find out if Matos' junior year will help him blow up like Ferrell's did.
