Chad Simmons is a Recruiting Analyst for Rivals.com. He was the expert on The Next Class on Fox Sports South from 2011-2015. He currently covers Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi.

Joshua Downs is a four-star 2020 wide receiver out of Suwanee (Ga.) North Gwinnett with a long list of offers.

The talented junior was one of the select underclassmen invited to compete at the Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge presented by adidas in June.

On Sunday night, Downs named Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Michigan, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Oregon and West Virginia as his "top schools".

There is no timeline on Downs' decision.
