Rivals250 WR plans to announce Thursday
Four-star wide receiver Richard Jackson plans to announce his decision tomorrow afternoon at approximately 4 p.m. The 6-foot-2, 195-pounder from Clermont (Fla.) East Ridge is between three schools.
"I'm between Georgia Tech, Miami and Notre Dame," he said. "I like that the schools are strong academically and they all have really good football programs. I also like that Miami and Georgia Tech are close to home, while Notre Dame is far enough where I can manage to be on my own."

Jackson confirmed he does have a decision ready and made it last week.
"I think I made a good decision and I don't regret it," he said. "I knew last week, but wasn't completely sure. Now I am definitely sure this week."
