Rivals250 WR looking to narrow list

North Little Rock (Ark.) Rivals250 wide receiver K.J. Hill has seen the college scholarship offers come from near and far. Name the school and there has likely at least been contact.
It does not matter whether the program is an SEC, ACC, Top 10, tradition rich, or on the rise, Hill has attracted attention from them all, and there was talk a summer time decision could be coming from the Arkansas standout.

"I was," Hill said. "I think I'm going to take all of my officials first because I didn't want to get up there and then decommit after that. I'm just going to take all of my officials first and I'll know after that."
While he decided to hold off on making a decision, he does have a select group of schools standing out.
"Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Ohio State, Notre Dame," Hill said. "Those are the colleges recruiting me hard."
There are a few schools such as Texas Tech and Tennessee who remain in consistent contact, but for the most part, the seven schools recruiting him the hardest and standing out in his mind as a result.
He has also developed particularly strong bonds with a few college coaches.
"Yeah I feel comfortable with the Arkansas coaches, the Alabama coaches, the Florida coaches. They're always sending me mail and talking to me on the phone all the time," Hill said. "Coach Z (Azzanni) at Tennessee, we have a good relationship going. I've been talking to Urban Meyer a lot too."
This summer, Hill has only attended camp at Arkansas, but he will be attending the Opening and he has an SEC stop on his schedule as well.
"I'm fixing to go to Alabama coming up here soon in July," Hill said.
Hill also has an idea about where he wants to take his official visits.
"Like Alabama, Oregon. I'm thinking Arkansas, Florida, and I guess Ohio State and Notre Dame," Hill said. "I have like eight that I think I'm going to go but I only get five so I have to narrow it down."
He hopes to narrow his list down to five by the start of the 2014 football season, and as he continues to narrow his list down to his final decision there are a few factors he has on his mind.
"Coaches showing love, me being comfortable at their school. If I can see how I fit in up there and if it's the place for me and if I really want to go to school here," Hill said. "Plus I'm not a loser. I don't like losing. I want to go to a winning team and be a part of a winning tradition."
Hill is currently ranked No. 244 in the Rivals250 and No. 3 in the Rivals.com Arkansas Preseason Top 10.
