Rivals250 WR adds offer, talks leaders

Rivals250 wide receiver Nigel King out of Raleigh (N.C.) Wakefield picked up one more offer in recent weeks. The 6-foot-3, 199-pounder is taking things slow, but plans to head out on a visit soon.
"The last visit I took was to South Carolina in February," he said. "I am supposed to go to Maryland next weekend, that's the only visit I have coming up."
King added one more offer recently from West Virginia to put him at nine.

Do any schools have an early lead?
"Really right now my favorite would be North Carolina and I want Georgia to show more interest, they haven't shown much yet," he said. "With Carolina, I just like the coaching staff. I like the relationship I have with the coaches and players. It's a big family there.
"I like Georgia because of the type of offense they run. I haven't met the coaches, but if I got a chance to do that I'd like to."
With a number of options on the table, what does King want in a college?
"I want to play as a true freshman, playing is big for me," he said. "I'm also looking at my relationship with my position coach and the head coach. I want to see the atmosphere of the college since I'll be there for the next four years.
"I liked North Carolina a lot yesterday when I watched them on TV, because they passed a lot. I want to see that in a college."
