There were plenty of changes toward the top of the Rivals100 presented by Under Armour that was released on Monday although Houston (Texas) Episcopal defensive tackle Marvin Wilson stayed at No. 1.

A lot of changes always occur in the Rivals250 as well with players moving up, down and all around after seeing them at events over the last few months.

Plenty of prospects – whether it has been at camps, combines or 7-on-7 events – have really stood out recently and some others struggled so rankings across the board have changed.

The Rivals.com team of analysts breaks down the big movers:

RISERS

Rankings change: +39 to 105

Evaluation: “After getting off to a hot start from his wide receiver position during his junior season, Davis was asked to move to running back to help Springfield's offense. He responded by rushing for 1,300 yards in limited games. We already knew the 6-foot-2, 180-pound wideout has the fundamentals and hands to excel as a wide receiver, and his half-season at running back continues to show exceptional run-after-catch abilities. Davis holds more than a dozen offers and remains wide open.” – Rivals.com Midwest Recruiting Analyst Josh Helmholdt

Rankings change: +70 to 106

Evaluation: “Ruiz has always been a technically sound offensive lineman but the training program at IMG has really accelerated his development. His initial punch is stronger and his base is more solid so he can stand up to bull rushes. Ruiz has shown a lot of interest in schools like Michigan, North Carolina and Alabama.” – Rivals.com Mid-Atlantic Recruiting Analyst Adam Friedman

Rankings change: +95 to 107

Evaluation: “After another productive season, Hines showed up this offseason trimmed down and much quicker than he was in the summer. He showed more of the explosion and quick twitch change of direction we wanted to see and has improved his overall quickness. Hines has a long list of favorites but Oklahoma, Texas, Baylor and some other locals should be there for awhile.” – Rivals.com National Recruiting Director Mike Farrell

Rankings change: +130 to 113

Evaluation: “Neilon had a strong performance at the Army Combine, dominated with his athleticism and power and deserved a bump in the rankings. The Santa Margarita prospect uses his hands very well, moves his feet and can overpower almost any interior defensive lineman. Cal, Michigan, UCLA and Washington are considered to be some early favorites.” – Rivals.com National Recruiting Analyst Adam Gorney

Rankings change: NR to 126

Evaluation: “Thompson has really emerged in the last few weeks after dominating performances on the 7-on-7 circuit and he’s proving to be one of the best receivers in California. He has excellent size, he’s put together tremendously well and he has awesome hands. Thompson put up big numbers as a junior with speed to burn down the field or the ability to catch passes and move the chains. It’s still early but Arizona State and Washington are up there.” - Gorney

Rankings change: NR to 130

Evaluation: “Terrell's recruitment has exploded since he finished an excellent senior season that saw him focus more on defensive back full-time. At 6-foot-2 he has elite size for a corner and as a former receiver he also has very good ball skills. His stock could rise even higher as the process moves along. He is considering Auburn, Clemson and several others.” – Rivals.com Southeast Recruiting Analyst Woody Wommack

Rankings change: NR to 137

Evaluation: “Ehlinger is one of those quarterbacks that you have to watch many times and see how he fits at the next level. His production is off the charts and he has a good feel for the game. Ehlinger overcomes some deficient areas with football sense and knowing how to keep a defense off balance. He is committed to Texas.” - Farrell

Rankings change: NR to 149

Evaluation: “Allen first caught our eye at the Nebraska satellite camp in Atlanta over the summer and after starting for a full season alongside 2016 five-star Derrick Brown, Allen has now caught the eye of several major college programs. He has the size and length to play at outside linebacker, or the frame to add weight and grow into a defensive end full-time. He is considering Georgia, Alabama and several others.” - Wommack

Rankings change: NR to 167

Evaluation: “Moore has come a long way from a technical standpoint. He's a big, strong offensive lineman with good athleticism and agility but learning to be patient as a pass blocker was an area he drastically improved in. At this point Moore really likes South Carolina, North Carolina and N.C. State.” - Friedman

Rankings change: NR to 168

Evaluation: “A standout at the Army Combine, Webb has become a much more fluid athlete. At the Rivals Camp in New Jersey last year he was very stiff but was very fast and had excellent hands. In San Antonio Webb was smoother running his routes and was able to beat nearly every defensive back he faced. Penn State is one of Webb's top schools but there are plenty of other schools in the conversation.” - Friedman

Rankings change: NR to 170

Evaluation: “Shenault is a late film eval and new addition to the list, a kid with very good size, powerful hands and shows good burst. He will fight for the ball or outrun you and could be one to watch for Rivals100 status before long. LSU is his biggest offer and is thought to be out in front” - Farrell

Rankings change: NR to 176

Evaluation: “Broiles had himself a day against top competition down in San Antonio, showing out against some top talent. He displayed natural instincts as a cover guy that are hard to teach. He has a good frame, length and plays the ball well. Oklahoma is considered to be the leader for Broiles.” - Farrell

Rankings change: NR to 193

Evaluation: “Green is off to a nice start this offseason. His incredible power makes it impossible to jam him at the line of scrimmage. And while he isn't going to blow anyone away with top-end speed, he accelerates quickly and catches anything thrown his way. Green is committed to Florida and has no immediate plans to take a serious look around.” – Rivals.com Southeast Recruiting Analyst Rob Cassidy

Rankings change: +43 to 198

Evaluation: “Andrus has the power to break into the backfield and the speed to chase anybody down. He can still add about 30-40 pounds of good weight which could make him even more dominant up the middle. Andrus is not just a guy who makes tackles after the running back breaks through the line. He’s active and aggressive all over the field. USC and UCLA seem to stand out early.” - Gorney

Rankings change: NR to 203

Evaluation: “Edwards has grown significantly in the last year and has the build of an imposing safety. His long arms allow him to close on passes in a hurry. Louisville and Clemson, both of which have extended offers, seem to be schools of interest for the defensive back.” - Cassidy

Rankings change: NR to 204

Evaluation: “As Harley adds muscle he could become something special. He makes plays in space and devastates defenders with quickness and straight-line speed. Harley names no leader but continues to welcome in offers on what seems like a weekly basis. Miami, Maryland and South Carolina are among the schools heavily involved.” - Cassidy

Rankings change: NR to 206

Evaluation: “Ray is still a strong offensive tackle at only 6-foot-4 because he drives people into the ground, can get down the field to block and is athletic and tough. There’s a chance he could move inside but offensive tackle seems to be his more comfortable position. Tennessee could be tough to beat but UCLA and others are involved.” - Gorney

Rankings change: NR to 210

Evaluation: “A native of Nigeria, Eze is new to football and has yet to play a full varsity season. But that hasn't stopped him from dominating at camp events and earning offers from some of the nation's top programs. Once coaches can come by and watch him work out in the spring, the 6-foot-5 prospect will likely garner even more attention. He is considering LSU, Texas A&M and several other programs.” - Wommack

Rankings change: NR to 217

Evaluation: “Sears does a lot of things well. He is most comfortable sitting in the pocket and throwing and he puts the ball where only his receiver can get it. He can also throw on the run, he doesn’t get flustered, he makes good decisions and Sears has tremendous arm strength. Tennessee is his biggest offer and San Clemente has sent a bunch of players to Utah.” - Gorney

Rankings change: NR to 223

Evaluation: “Another receiver in a loaded year in Texas, Buckley is hard to cover solo because he can change directions on you so well and is very fluid. Add in reliable hands and you have a guy who can play outside or slot in college. TCU and Texas are two teams out in front.” - Farrell

Rankings change: NR to 226

Evaluation: “Nasirildeen is an exceptional athlete with major FBS potential on both sides of the ball. He is an excellent receiver, especially down the field and on jump balls. As a safety Nasirildeen easily covers sideline-to-sideline and does a great job of breaking on passes in front of him. South Carolina, Maryland, and Penn State are Nasirildeen's most recent offers but Florida State is very interested and could offer if he visits Tallahassee.” - Friedman

Rankings change: NR to 236

Evaluation: “Greene has some speed in the tank. He's undersized, sure, but his hands and ability to turn short passes into bigger gains must be respected. Greene has a current top six of West Virginia, Clemson, Tennessee, UCLA, Louisville and Nebraska.” - Cassidy

Rankings change: NR to 237

Evaluation: “Maybe no player in California has better junior season film than Gumbs, who is an outside linebacker/defensive end hybrid. He absolutely dominates all over the field and is completely unstoppable. Whether he has his hand in the ground or is standing up, Gumbs makes plays all over the field. Cal and UCLA were big offers but he’s becoming a national recruit.” - Gorney

Rankings change: NR to 244

Evaluation: “The state of Wisconsin is deep with offensive line talent in 2017, and Beach has jumped out as the headliner of that group. The 6-foot-6, 280-pounder is ideally sized for offensive tackle and he is a plus-athlete for the position, showing the ability to get out in space and locate. Beach is a knee-bender with a powerful leg drive and we like that he plays with a healthy mean streak. He has picked up offers from the likes of Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin since his junior season ended.” - Helmholdt

Rankings change: NR to 250

Evaluation: “Length and athleticism are coveted at the defensive end position and Graham has both even as a raw prospect who is still figuring out technique. His frame will hold good weight, he has good quickness off the snap and once he uses his hands better, watch out. Texas appears to be the leader followed by TCU and Baylor.” - Farrell

SLIDERS

Rankings change: -70 to 101

Evaluation: “Gray is a talented playmaker but positional concerns are the reason for his slip. He started his career at running back and has also played wide receiver, running back and safety but as his development as moved along he's become more of a "tweener" when it comes to a position. He remains one of the nation's top athletes, but positional concerns will be something to watch going forward. Gray is considering USC, Florida State and others.” - Wommack

Rankings change: -61 to 108

Evaluation: “While Anderson is still a coveted center prospect, seeing him compete against the best in the country in Orlando left us wanting a bit more dominance. He has good size but, in a potentially special offensive line class like 2017, his athleticism and power aren't among the elite. Anderson is committed to Texas Tech.” - Farrell

Rankings change: -65 to 117

Evaluation: “Gray burst onto the scene in 2015 after dominating the camp circuit but at the Future 50 event in Orlando he didn't appear to be on the same level as some of the nation's top tackles. He needs to add more muscle to his long frame to prevent from being overpowered by stronger defensive linemen. He is considering Tennessee, Georgia and others.” - Wommack

Rankings change: -77 to 142

Evaluation: “A talented player, Askew just saw a number of players at his position jump over him in the rankings. Askew should see his stock rise this year as he settles on a position. He has the talent to play defensive back or wide recover at the college level. Askew is enjoying his recruitment and plays to the crowd often on social media. Clemson and a number of other schools remain heavily in the mix.” - Cassidy

Rankings change: -102 to 157

Evaluation: “Carter can be an elite running back but he needs to improve his speed and suddenness overall. He has good size but didn't stand out in Orlando against the speedy linebackers and show breakaway speed. He also fought the ball at times and was initially valued a bit too high. Texas A&M and LSU appear to be the teams to beat right now.” - Farrell

Rankings change: -105 to 221

Evaluation: "Williamson started out in the Rivals100 last summer, but the Ohio State commit struggled against the top-flight competition at the Under Armour Future 50 camp in Orlando this winter. Williamson is on the smaller side for the cornerback position and had trouble staying with the elite wide receivers who were at the event.” - Helmholdt

Rankings change: -71 to 245

Evaluation: “Bentley struggled at the Under Armor Future 50. The junior quarterback is a case of hot and cold. He has a well-rounded skill set but needs to work on developing some semblance of constancy this offseason. South Carolina and Stanford seem to be the standouts in Bentley's recruitment.” - Cassidy

Rankings change: -154 to 247

Evaluation: “Benton has a decadent build, but still needs to add muscle. He doesn't cover as well as one would like but still shines when it comes to sniffing out running lanes and making tackles in space. Benton lists a top 10 for the time being and intends to visit Alabama, Auburn, Mississippi State and Georgia this offseason.” - Cassidy
