Rivals250 OG considers officials

Rivals250 offensive guard Peter White out of Washington (D.C.) St. John's College is beginning to think about official visits. The 6-foot-5, 340-pounder is down to five schools. Does he have any dates set yet?
"I haven't set up any dates," White said. "I've still got a top five of Florida, Maryland, Miami, Oregon and Tennessee. Those are my final five.

"I like all of those football programs and their coaches. I like the offenses they run and what they offer. I believe all of these are good places for me to thrive in."
White confirmed there is no leader amongst the schools. What are his plans for officials?
"I think I'm going to take most of them after the season," he said. "I think I have two Friday night games, one week I have the SAT, but another week sometime in October I think I have free and may try to make one visit during the season. I'm not sure where yet though."
A couple weeks back the four-star prospect visited one of his finalists for an unofficial.
"I went to the Maryland-Eastern Michigan game," he stated. "It was good. The Maryland offense looked really good. They were all on the same page. I liked that."
The No. 4 offensive guard in the country is busy with his season.
"The season has been good, we're 3-1 and had a tough game on Saturday," he said. "We were down 14-0 and ended up winning 27-14.
"I've been playing really well. I haven't given up a sack. I'm not sure how many pancakes I have, but I got at least seven on Saturday."
