Rivals250 LB is focused on three

Four-star linebacker Travis Williams out of Norfolk (Va.) Lake Taylor is focused on three schools. Who has made the cut for the 6-foot-2, 189-pounder?
"My top schools and the ones I'm basically down to are Miami, North Carolina and West Virginia," he said. "I've always liked Miami. They've been doing pretty well so far this season.

"West Virginia and North Carolina stand out because of my recruiters. Both of them are doing a good job recruiting me. They are playing pretty good ball and have real faster linebackers that like to get after the ball. Each scheme is different, but based on the same things."
A few schools have slipped out of the ranks.
"I dropped Penn State because they wanted me to play safety and I haven't played back there before. They haven't kept in touch much either," he said. "LSU is deep in their two-deep and Tennessee plays good ball, but I don't think it's the place for me."
What is next for the Rivals250 prospect?
"I'm thinking about taking visits. I don't have any planned, but right now I'm focusing more on what I've got to do in school."
Williams and Lake Taylor head into a matchup with Churchland on Friday.
"Our season is going well," he said. "We lost four starters, but now we're rolling and balling out. I think we're doing pretty good on defense."
