"Right now I'm just talking to a lot of coaches. They're waiting right now," Dale said. "They're getting all settled in with their 2014s and they said they're going to talk to me. I've talked to Notre Dame, Texas A&M, Texas. That's the only ones right now I've talked to."
Dale plans to wait and make his decision following his senior season, and when it comes to favorites he is keeping an open mind at this point.
"I like all the ones who came early," Dale said. "But the real standout ones are like you said Florida, Ole Miss, UCLA, Mississippi State, Northwestern also did one, and I like Arizona and Arizona State too. So I'm going to be taking visits to Miami and UCLA this summer too."
Miami and UCLA are coming up this summer, but he does have a few spring visits in mind as well.
"Ole Miss, we're trying to get up there for the spring game," Dale said. "I think Florida is always after everybody and we're trying to get back to that one too."
One thing he will not be able to do is attend any junior days. Dale will busy playing baseball, and kicks off the 2014 season this week.
"It's going well. We had a game yesterday, a little jamboree, we won 10-0. I started at second," Dale said. "We have our season opener on Monday. We play Denham Springs at Southeastern."
