Rivals250 DB scores more offers

Cincinnati (Ohio) Winton Woods cornerback Chris Williams is already regarded as one of the nation's top cornerback prospects. At 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds, he's a physical lock-down cornerback that had a very solid junior season.
But for one reason or another before the spring evaluation process, he had only received scholarship offers from Cincinnati and Ohio. But now that coaches are able to visit his high school and see more tape on him, the attention has increased.

If Williams were a stock, he'd be a must buy right now.
"I have added new offers from West Virginia and Akron," Williams said. "My coach said some time in the next two weeks Indiana will also offer. And I've now been talking to Florida. They said they want to get more film on me. But the coach said they really like me and can see why Rivals ranked me that high."
All of the new-found attention has been exciting, Williams said.
"It's like all the hard work is starting to pay off," he said.
Williams said he was really excited about the new offer from WVU.
"I think once I visit the place, it will hit the top of my list," he said. "I just need to go check it out and see if it fits what I'm looking for. I think it definitely will."
