Rivals250 back talks top five

Houston (Texas) Episcopal Rivals250 running back Tyreik Gray turned heads as a junior after averaging just under 10 yards a carry. Offers have arrived from the likes of Arizona State, Baylor, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri to name a few, and in early April the standout running back released his top five.
"Top Five: Kansas, Louisville, Oklahoma, Baylor, and UofH," Gray announced via Twitter.

What have each of his five programs done to separate themselves from the rest of the pack?
"They're all pretty much doing the same thing really, communicating with me and talking about giving me early playing time," Gray said.
At this time all the schools in his top five are on even ground, and even the schools outside of his top five have not been completely eliminated
"No sir, I haven't narrowed my list down just yet," Gray said. "I still have schools coming to see me in spring ball."
As college coaches begin to make their way to Episcopal to check in on Gray, Gray is taking his time scheduling visits of his own.
"I don't have any visits set up," Gray said. "I'm setting them up during the summer."
Gray is also not in a hurry to announce his decision.
"I'm thinking about deciding during the winter next year," Gray said.
While he does not plan to make a decision in the near future, he does know what he is looking for in his future college destination.
"The most important factors to me are getting early playing time and the help they can give me to get my degree," Gray said.
Gray is currently ranked No. 138 in the Rivals100, No. 13 among the nation's running backs, and No. 19 in the Rivals.com Texas Preseason Top 100.
