Rivals100 receiver has big plans

As the top ranked wide receiver in the talent-rich state of Ohio, Dwayne Stanford knows a lot of people are watching his every step as it relates to the recruiting process.
That hasn't phased him. Stanford is going about the recruiting process at his own pace. He's not ready to trim any schools from his list and he's slowly and methodically researching schools that have his attention.

Along those lines the 6-foot-5, 185-pound receiver from Cincinnati (Ohio) Taft has a busy schedule lined up. There's no sign he's about to slow down.
"I'm visiting Ohio State this weekend coming up," Stanford said on Sunday evening. "The weekend after that I'm probably going up to visit Michigan and after that visit sometime I'll go see Tennessee. Those will all be unofficial visits. I'll just call all the coaches up and tell them I'm coming up."
Stanford said the month of June will also be busy. He's just not sure exactly where he will be going. He does have a few schools in mind, though.
"I definitely want to go down and see Alabama and LSU," he continued. "Hopefully I can go down and see Miami. I want to see those schools down South.
"I want to see Michigan State. I don't really know how it would be possible to get out to USC and Stanford but I want to get out there sometime. I'm just trying to see all these schools now or as many as I can."
Once Stanford has taken a sufficient number of visits he said he will trim his list to six or seven schools.
So far he said he has only visited Ohio State, Tennessee and Cincinnati. Basketball season prevented him from visiting as many schools as he would have liked to earlier in the year.
