Rivals100 LB has leader, top five

Ft. Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas linebacker Tavares Gooden is just kicking it and kicking around opponents.

"We're 2-1 so far, we lost to Ely in the first game, but we're rolling after that," Gooden, a four-star Rivals100 selection, said.
"I'm averaging 10 tackles a game, so I'm kicking it on the field and just kind of hanging out off of it."
Gooden said at this point off the field that Miami is currently his No. 1 team, but he also pointed out that he's not seen the other schools on his list and he has plans on at least taking some official visits.
"Along with Miami, it's LSU, Oklahoma, Ohio State and Michigan State," he said.
"All of the schools are good quality ones. The ones in my top five are all good ones that are good for football and education. I just need to see them first."
