The offers keep flying in for Red Bank, N.J. defensive tackle Kade Weston. The 6-foot-6, 290-pounder is now up to six offers, with a few others ready to make a move as well.
"I have offers from Penn State, Syracuse, Virginia, Rutgers, Maryland and Boston College right now," said the big lineman. "I'm hoping for offers from either Florida or Florida State though, I like the warm weather and those two programs are great."
Weston, who had 114 tackles, 14 sacks and 12 tackles for a loss as a junior, has a short list of favorites.
"FSU, Florida, Penn State, Rutgers, Syracuse, Maryland and Boston College are the teams I'm really looking at," he said. "I like the coaches at Florida and FSU and the weather like I said, Syracuse, Rutgers, PSU, Maryland and BC all have great coaches as well, nice campuses and they are closer to home. I'm looking for a good football program and where I'm needed the most."
Weston isn't sure where he's camping this summer, but he will attend one of the NIKE Camps and will also attend the Elite College Combine on May 5 at the New Jersey Meadowlands. Weston will be at our New Jersey Junior Day this Saturday, April 3rd, as well.
