Rivals100 DE waiting for more offers

Rivals100 defensive end Fre'Shad Hunter continues to sit on one scholarship at this point. The Cary, N.C. prospect has interest from a variety of other schools and is hopeful more offers will be coming soon.
"My offers haven't picked up, I have one from NC State and I'm getting a lot of mail from colleges," he said. "The other schools want me to visit and come for spring practices.

"I don't know this summer, but I might be going to Clemson and Alabama. I'm also thinking about checking out NC State since that's close to ome for spring ball along with North Carolina and Duke."
NC State is still the first offer out there, what does the four-star prospect think of the Wolfpack?
"I've been an NC State fan all my life," he said. "That was a blessing to get an offer the first time I went up there to visit.
"I really hope to get some more offers from the Florida schools, East Carolina, Wake Forest, schools like that. I'm looking for a college I can get better at and get a good degree. I want to be in a safe environment too."
Hunter is coming off a breakout season in which he earned all-conference honors after posting 60 tackles and seven sacks.
"This was my first year at defensive end. I had started my high school career at linebacker and my coach thought I had bulked up and wanted to see what I could do in a three-point stance and I played well."
