Rivals100 DE stops through Tallahassee

Rivals100 defensive end Robert Quinn out of North Charleston (S.C.) Fort Dorchester made the trek down to the Sunshine State this past weekend. The 6-foot-5, 245-pounder made his first stop through Florida State.
"It was a real nice visit," he said. "I just looked around the facilities and tried to get a feel for the school.

"Most of the coaches were out of town, but I got to go around with coach Lilly and I talked with Bobby Bowden. That was my first time meeting him and he seemed like a laid back guy. He told me he wasn't going to be leaving anytime soon."
Quinn also enjoyed his time with his recruiter.
"Coach Lilly is cool," he said. "I talked to him for a little while and got to know him better.
"The visit was real nice. I like the way they play defense there and particularly what they do at the end position."
Following the trip to Florida State, the four-star prospect continued his tour to Gainesville.
In the coming weeks, Quinn is planning to take one more visit to North Carolina.
"After Florida, I'm supposed to go up to UNC sometime soon and then I'll probably narrow my list down to about five to seven schools."
