Rivals100 DB talks Michigan State offer

Like most elite prospects in the Class of 2016, the start of the open contact period earlier this month led to plenty of attention for Rivals100 and Atlanta (Ga.) Westlake defensive back Nigel Warrior.
On Tuesday the rangy safety prospect added another Big Five offer to his list courtesy of Michigan State. The Spartans join a list of several programs to offer Warrior, including Clemson, Georgia and Tennessee.

"They have a great defense," Warrior said. "Their defensive backs are some of the best."
Michigan State was one of the first schools to reach out to the 6-foot, 179-pound Warrior when the contact period started and he said he has been in regular contact with the school since.
"We've been talking for a week or two," he said. "Me and Coach Burton. He's a real cool coach."
While he has plenty of invitations to take unofficial visits, Warrior said for the time being he doesn't have any trips scheduled.
Through three games this season Warrior has seven tackles, one interception, and one pass break up.
