Why Tyron Johnson has an edge:
The battle of the Johnsons should be a good one since they are similarly sized. Tyron has the slight edge in height at 6-foot-2, but it's his explosiveness off the line along with his speed and body control that could give him the edge. His balance allows him to change direction in a hurry and leave defensive backs twisting and turning. He also does a good job getting separation and when he does not, he does not mind getting physical.

Why DuWayne Johnson has an edge:
Johnson has a lot of the natural physical gifts college football programs are looking for in an ideal cornerback. At 6-foot-1, Johnson has great length and a nice frame to add muscle. He is fast, and although he might not be able to run with every wide receiver he lines up across, he has the length and leaping ability to cover faster and bigger receivers. The question marks for Johnson have been his explosiveness when breaking on balls in front of him and his effectiveness in press coverage. DuWayne Johnson has great instincts and he is long, which will help him against a good-sized receiver in Tyron Johnson. However, Johnson has the edge in strength and I think that will be a key factor here.
