THE TEAM WITH THE TOP COMMIT: OHIO STATE

Julian Fleming is the No. 1 wide receiver and No. 11 overall prospect in the country, and the playmaker out of Pennsylvania recently committed to Ohio State over Alabama, Penn State and others. He has been a national name for some time and Ryan Day just added one of the top playmakers in the 2020 class.

The Buckeyes are putting together quite a group together at this position. Fleming is the third receiver to commit to Ohio State this cycle, and he may be the only five-star, but two four-stars are joining him in Gee Scott and Jaxon Smith-NJigba.

Ohio State looks to be on its way to signing another top-10 class.

TEAM TO WATCH: GEORGIA

The expectations on the recruiting trail are high for Georgia due to what Kirby Smart has been doing in Athens. The Bulldogs are attracting national attention and they are in play for some of the top wide receivers and tight ends in the country.

At receiver, Georgia has made a move with Marcus Rosemy, a Rivals100 talent out of Florida and some feel the Bulldogs are trending.

Moving over to the tight end position, could Georgia land the top two tight ends in the 2020 class? The Bulldogs have made it clear that they want to sign two at this position in 2020, and they are in good spots for No. 1 tight end Arik Gilbert and No. 2 tight end Darnell Washington. Both are five-stars and both could visit Athens over the summer.

PROSPECT TO WATCH: ARIK GILBERT

Gilbert recently dropped a top 10, so he is inching closer to a decision, and when talking recently with Rivals.com, he said a decision could come later this summer. The five-star prospect is a mid-year graduate and is focused on winning a state title his senior year, so he would like nothing more than to go into September with his recruitment put to bed.

Alabama will host him on an official visit next weekend and he is expected to be back at Georgia soon. Clemson and Tennessee are also very much in this race, with Oklahoma maybe the dark horse.

Gilbert may not be too close to announcing today, but that could all change tomorrow. He is someone to watch closely this summer.
