This week’s offers: Alabama, Georgia, Iowa

Status report: Webb's recruiting accomplishments all happened in one day instead of a week. Two days after winning the wide receiver MVP at the Rivals Camp Series Presented by Under Armour in New Jersey, Webb picked up offers from Alabama, Georgia and Iowa to see his process hit an entirely new level. With the offers now piling up, Webb also believes that Michigan may be close to entering the chase. Webb is planning to make his final decision at the conclusion of his senior season.

In his words: “Alabama and Georgia I’ve really been interested in lately. I went to Georgia already. I just can’t wait to see what Alabama is like. I never thought I’d get offers like this. I knew I was going to get some big offers, but not this big though.”

Visit plans: Webb recently attended spring games at both Penn State and Rutgers. He does not have any additional visits scheduled at this time, but he hopes to get a closer look at Alabama, Pittsburgh, Maryland and North Carolina. He is also looking into taking a return visit to Georgia.

This week’s offers: Alabama, Auburn, Ohio State

Status report: Moore saw his recruiting process blow up in recent days with several big-time offers. This is not uncommon for recruits coming out of an elite program such as St. Thomas Aquinas, but it still seems to have caught Moore off guard. He does not claim to have followed any specific schools and does not have any family connections to a program. He isn’t likely to make a decision until 2017.

In his words: “It truly is a blessing. Each and every day God seems to bless me with something and I’m very happy for that because all of this would not happen without Him. It’s very exciting. These are big-time opportunities for me, but I’ve known if I worked hard then it will come sooner or later, but I had no idea this early.”

Visit plans: Moore’s most recent visits were to Miami and Florida. Next he is looking to visit Ohio State, Michigan State and likely a return visit to Florida. This summer he is looking to attend camps at both Alabama and Maryland.

This week’s offers: Alabama, Miami

Status report: As a four-star 2018 recruit, Rising had already positioned himself as one of the elite quarterbacks in his class. This continued with offers from both the Crimson Tide and Hurricanes. Growing up, Rising followed the Crimson Tide as well as USC, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Oregon. Rising is looking to explore all of his options and enjoy the process, so don’t expect an early decision from the sophomore.

In his words: “I have always loved Alabama and to get the opportunity to play there is really just amazing. They get an amazing amount of outstanding athletes and they win consistently. And with The U, it was just amazing to get that as well. They have one of my favorite high school quarterbacks ever, Brad Kaaya. They also have a great group of talent and have a number of great quarterbacks that have gone there.”

Visit plans: Rising’s two most recent visits were to Arizona and Arizona State, where his brother is a student. No additional visits are finalized, but Rising mentioned that he would like to visit each of the schools that have already offered him. He also has no plans of attending any summer camps this year.
