Each week, Rivals.com is featuring three players who are earning big-time offers. This week, the focus is on three underclassmen standouts from the South.

This week’s offers: USC, Oklahoma State

Status report: With two more big offers, Provens has suddenly become a national running back recruit in the 2018 class. However, pulling him out of Alabama may be difficult as he grew up as a fan of Auburn, who has already offered, and Alabama. The Crimson Tide have yet to offer, but with a string of visits coming up later this month, including one to Tuscaloosa, it wouldn't be surprising to see Provens’ offer list grow in the coming weeks. If or when Alabama does offer, it may be the beginning of an interesting in-state battle for the talented running back.

In his words: “It's astonishing and I just thank the Lord daily for the ability he's given me. I’m surprised because I've always thought that the offers would come after my junior season but then again I’m not because I've put in so much work to get to this point.”

Visit plans: Provens most recent visit was to Auburn on June 16. He will return to Auburn on July 15 for a camp, and then also make stops at Alabama on July 18, Tennessee on July 21, Georgia on July 23 and Oklahoma State on July 30. He is also hoping to make his way out to USC at some point.

This week’s offers: Florida, South Florida

Status report: As a 2019 prospect, Hunter picked up his first two offers of his process Monday morning. Actually, he made those two offers public on Monday, but actually received up the Florida offer after a Gators camp and the South Florida offer during spring practice. With Hunter’s impressive size and athleticism, it’s his versatility that will likely bring him plenty of additional offers. Florida offered him as a defensive end, South Florida as a tight end, and he mentioned that Michigan has already talked to him about possibly playing offensive tackle. However, he was quick to point out that he is willing to play any position that gets him on the field faster. While it is obviously extremely early in his process, Hunter did grow up as a fan of Miami, so an offer from the Canes will likely play an important role.

In his words: “My mom told me before she died that the sky is the limit. I just live by that. My coaches also make sure I go 120 percent at everything.”

Visit plans: Hunter attended camps this year at Florida, Florida State and South Florida. He is returning to Gainesville on July 21 for a second camp. He also mentioned that he hopes to visit Ohio State, West Virginia and Miami when the opportunity arises.

This week’s offers: Arizona

Status report: Coming from a small high school in Texas, Moore has quietly picked up several big offers, including his first one from the Pac-12 this week. Already holding an offer from Texas is big for Moore; the Longhorns have positioned themselves very well. It also helps that he grew up as a fan of the Longhorns and his mother graduated from UT. Also of note, his grandfather played football at Houston. The strong relationship he is building with the Longhorns is important, as schools such as LSU, TCU and Florida may be close to offering. Moore plans on announcing his decision on June 18, 2017, the four-year anniversary of when his older brother was killed.

In his words: “Coming from a small school and being able to be that guy that little kids look up to is just amazing! Sometimes I am surprised and other times I realize that work really does pay off.”

Visit plans: Moore’s most recent visit was to Texas on June 9. He will return to Austin for a follow-up visit on July 23, but will first make his way to TCU this Friday, where he is hoping to pick up a new offer. Moore also mentioned that he would like to visit both LSU and Alabama in the coming months, but nothing yet is scheduled.
