This week’s offers: Alabama, Nebraska, Georgia, Duke, South Carolina

Status report: As an early four-star in the class of 2018, Henry obviously can’t be considered a hidden gem. However, his recruiting process has reached an entirely new level over the last seven days. The Crimson Tide got the ball rolling last week, with additional offers coming fast and furious afterward. Henry also believes that Michigan, Michigan State, Maryland and Notre Dame are four schools that may soon join his offer list. One local school that Henry has ties to is Wake Forest, which is where his father, Keith Henry, coached at for 11 years. Henry admits to following the Demon Deacons during his youth because of this connection. When it comes to a timetable for his final decision, Henry hopes to make his announcement at an All-American game.

In his words: “It's definitely a blessing. I've worked hard this past season just to try and put my name out there so to know that my hard work has paid off is a great feeling. It definitely was a shock to see all these offers come in this quickly, but honestly knowing that Alabama is one of the best teams in the country I feel that after that offer schools realized that I'm not that bad.”

Visit plans: Henry took a visit to North Carolina for the Tar Heels' spring game. He has no further visits scheduled at this time, but would like take a closer look at Alabama, Florida and Georgia when the opportunities arise. Aside from visits, he doesn't have any summer camp plans at this time.

This week’s offers: Ohio State, Auburn, Miami, Indiana

Status report: Muhammad has positioned himself as one of the top 2018 tight end prospects in the nation. This continued last week with several new big-time offers that may play a role in his long-term recruiting process. One school that had already offered is Texas. The home-state Longhorns are likely to remain a player for Muhammad throughout, as his mother attended the university and he grew up a fan of the program. However, at this point don’t expect an early decision from Muhammad as he plans to wait until his National Signing Day.

In his words: “It’s a blessing to have so many great opportunities to further my athletic career and to know that all of my hard work is paying off. I am amazed by the development of my recruitment so far. Things have been moving fast and some of the best colleges in the country want me.”

Visit plans: Muhammad’s most recent visits were to Auburn and LSU. He has no further visits scheduled, but he hopes to get a closer look at UCLA, Clemson, Ohio State, Michigan and Ole Miss. He may also return to LSU this summer for the Tigers’ overnight camp.

This week’s offers: Tennessee, Louisville, Toledo

Status report: If you’re a recruiting fan, you will likely become very accustomed to the name DeMarrco Hellams. This past week he jump-started his recruiting process by adding three offers to his previous tally of two. Look for this number to steadily climb in the coming years as the 2019 wide receiver is already on the radar of college coaches from coast-to-coast. Being a dynamic wide receiver it should not come as much of a surprise that two schools that have grabbed Hellams’ attention are Oregon and Baylor. While neither has offered yet, look for them to be players if they do due to their high-octane offenses.

In his words: “It's always a great feeling to add offers and especially from some great schools that have winning programs in major conferences. This could be a surprise to some people because they've [the offers] come so early, but I'm aware of my abilities to compete with the best and I think that my talents are mature for my class.”

Visit plans: Hellams attended the Virginia Tech spring game, but does not have any further plans at this time. He did mention that he would be interested in visiting any school that offered him.
