The Rivals Camp Series Presented by Under Armour is
a new series of regional camps for elite athletes.
The fourth camp in the series will be held March 17 at Cedar Hills High School in
Dallas, Texas.
Among the top players who committed early to the Dallas camp: Rivals250 WR
Lorenzo Joe from Abilene Cooper (Texas), who has committed to Texas;
Rivals250 QB Justice Hansen from Edmond Santa Fe (Okla.), with six
offers; Rivals250 DT Bijhon Jackson, who has committed to
Arkansas; Rivals250 ATH Armani Watts from North Forney
(Texas), who has five offers; Rivals100 OL Demetrius Knox, who has
committed to Texas; RB Daniel Gresham, a Texas commit from All Saints
Episcopal in Fort Worth; and 2015 QB Chason Virgil from West Mesquite
(Texas), who has offers from Clemson and
Nebraska.
More recent additions include Rivals100 QB Jerrod Heard from Denton (Texas) Guyer, who has committed to Texas; Rivals100 DB Dylan Sumner-Gardner from Mesquite (Texas) West Mesquite, who has 10 offers; Rivals250 LB T'Kevian Rockwell from Wylie (Texas), who has 11 offers; Rivals250 RB Devon Thomas from Broken Arrow (Okla.), who has committed to Oklahoma State; Rivals250 DB Steven Parker from Jenks (Okla.), who has six offers, including Alabama, Oklahoma and Nebraska.
Rivals.com has long been the dominant source of recruiting
information and coverage, so it's only logical that Rivals would team with
market-leader Under Armour to provide the best camp experience for high school
football players.
The Rivals Camp Series is free. All players can be nominated to attend.
Top performers at the 15 regional camps could qualify for a spot in the
Rivals100 Five Star Challenge and top underclassmen could qualify for a spot in
the Rivals250 Underclassmen Challenge, both annual events and considered the
elite events in the football recruiting world.
