What he is doing now: Ridley has caught at least three passes in every single game this season for Alabama and leads the team in every major receiving category. On Saturday he played a key role in the Tide's victory over rival Auburn, catching six passes for 90 yards. On the season, he has 67 catches for 791 yards.
What we thought then: Ridley was a veteran of the Rivals Camp Series, performing well on both the regional circuit and at the Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge Presented by Under Armour. He was lauded for his performance in 2014, where he earned all-camp honors. At the time, Ridley was praised for his exceptional hands and route-running ability, something that has clearly transferred to college.
