Rivals 100 member re-opens recruitment

Miami (Fla.) Killian defensive back Demetrice Morley surprised a lot of people when pulled the trigger in the summer and announced his commitment to the Florida Gators. After wavering a bit on his commitment over the past few weeks he made another announcement that won’t make Gator fans as happy as the first did.
“I am officially decommitted from Florida right now,” Morley said. “Florida is still one of my top five schools I just felt like I needed to make 100-percent sure that is where I wanted to be. I wanted to check out all options.”

The 6-foot-0, 176-pound Morley was scheduled to attend the Florida-LSU game this weekend in the Swamp and at first reaction one might assume this weekend’s game had an effect on his decision.
“My decision has nothing to do with the way Florida is playing,” Morley said. “I still love everything about Florida, the coaches and the program. I did not make the game this weekend, but I did watch it on television.”
What other four schools round out the top of Morley’s newly re-opened recruitment?
“The other schools I am looking at are Michigan, Tennessee, Ohio State and NC State,” Morley said. “I have an official visit set up for Michigan on December 3 and I am going to take one on October 22 for sure too, I just don’t know where yet. I am either going to the Tennessee-Alabama game or the NC State-Miami game.”
