Rising PK has powerful leg

There is kicker in San Diego that recruitneks need to know about. His name is Brooks Rossman (6-0, 165, 4.87) and he kicks for one of the Golden State’s consistent programs, San Diego (Calif.) Torrey Pines. Torrey Pines has a nice track record for sending their best players to the D-I level. Rossman looks like he’s going to be another one.
Rossman recently won the National Kicking Competition held in Las Vegas for field goals in January.

Rossman also won the Purdue Kickoff Competition this summer and the University of Washington's Field Goal Competition.
At the recently held top 12 kickers showcase in Waco, Texas, Rossman won 2 out of the 5 competitions against other top-flight kicking prospects Taylor Mehlhaff, Juan Gamboa, Obi Egezeke (Maryland) and Aaron Perez (UCLA).
Rossman is listed as one of the Top 12 underclassmen kickers in the country by former UCLA great place-kicker and now kicking guru Chris Sailer.
Rossman is getting recruiting attention from Air Force, Michigan, Oregon State, Washington, UCLA, and USC.
For you Michigan fans Torrey Pines is the same school that former Wolverine Hayden Epstein attended when he was in high school.
USC may have the lead for this strong legged kicker from San Diego.
