Riley running low on options

Warner Robins (Ga.) Houston County offensive lineman Nic Riley has only one option right now and it's not the ideal situation for him. However, after this weekend things could open up a good bit in his recruitment.
"I took an official visit to Ball State this past weekend," Riley said. "They had offered me a while back but they told me that they don't have an offer for me anymore for this year. They did guarantee me a gray shirt though if I am interested in that."

Standing at 6-foot-5, 265 pounds, Riley could project as an offensive tackle or guard on the next level.
"I am thinking about taking that offer," Riley said. "I have an official visit to Purdue this weekend and Troy State next weekend and I want to see if they are going to offer. Indiana is coming by the school this week to see me as well."
An excellent, academic student Riley carries a 3.9 GPA and has already scored a 1240 on the SAT.
"Purdue is the best situation for me academically," Riley said. "Troy is good because it's close to home and they are an up and coming program. Ball State is also a great school and I like them a lot. We'll just have to wait and see what happens over the next two weeks."
