Richardson talks Ohio State/Iowa and more

Wheaton, Ill. four star ranked offensive tackle prospect Dace Richardson (6-foot-6, 300 pounds) from Wheaton South High School was one of several recruiting prospects in the overflow crowd on Saturday at the Ohio State/Iowa game, and Richardson talks about his Iowa City visit as well as his latest recruiting news.
“I was able to make it to Iowa City for the Ohio State/Iowa game on Saturday," Dace Richardson said. “It was a good time and it was also a lot of fun. The fans were calling out my name at the game, and several of them came up and shook my hand. It was really flattering to meet so many fans, and I was treated really well at the Iowa game."

"It was a really good game, and Iowa played well. I've been to Iowa a bunch of times already, but being their on a game day is just a great experience. The Iowa fans are really into the Hawkeyes, and it was just fun to be around that atmosphere in Iowa."
Richardson will take his first official visit this coming weekend to the University of Tennessee.
"I'm flying out on Saturday morning to Tennessee along with Tony (Moeaki), and I'm pretty excited about taking my official visit to Tennessee. I'm basically excited about this upcoming week, since we play Naperville Central (7-1) on Friday night, and that will be a huge game for us. Saturday will also be a good chance for both Tony and I to get away on the official visit before the playoffs begin the following week."
Could Dace Richardson and Tony Moeaki eventually become a package deal?
"It's something Tony and I have talked about a little, but I really feel that we will both do what we feel is the best decision for each of us individually. If we both happen to decide that the same school is the best fit for both of us, great. It's something that we aren't planning out at all."
The favorites puzzle is also starting to take shape for Richardson.
"I have my official visit to Tennessee this weekend, then I'm set to take an official visit to Iowa on December 10th. I'm also going to set an official visit for USC very soon. I haven't talked about dates with the USC coaches just yet, but I'm planning to get that straightened out very soon."
