Reynaud heads for the mountains

West Virginia was looking for a good athlete and they dipped down into the Bayou State to fill that need. Three-star prospect Darius Reynaud from Boutte (La.) Hahnville took an official visit last weekend and before he left he had given the Mountaineers his verbal pledge.
“I had been wanting to go there, but then when I went on my visit, I enjoyed it and felt at home,” he commented. “They are a powerhouse, and I just liked the school.” He was hosted on the visit by junior running back Kay Jay Harris and rated the trip a ten.

“I got to meet running back Quincy (Wilson), and I have wanted to meet him for a while. He is a good running back and a leader and that is how I want to be in college.”
Reynaud is rated the No. 46 wide receiver in the nation by Rivals.com and as a senior rushed for more than 1,900 yards and 35 touchdowns. He stands 5-foot-10, weighs 185 pounds, runs the 40-yard dash in 4.4 seconds, and claims a 36-inch vertical leap.
