Reevey ready to commit

Fork Union (Va.) Fork Union Military linebacker Maurice Reevey is close to making a decision. Will it be soon?
"Clemson is my top school after my visit there last weekend," said the 6-foot-3, 225-pounder. "I really felt at home there and I think I could make an impact early. I had a great visit."

However, Virginia Tech is still left on Reevey's visit schedule.
"It was going to be on Jan. 30, but now it's moved up to Saturday, Jan. 24 through Monday Jan. 26," he said. "Virginia Tech was here on Thursday and I spoke to coach (Tommy) Bowden after that and I told him I was going to take my last trip."
Reevey is still interested in Pitt and West Virginia as well, but this looks to be a battle between ACC schools now.
"I was close to committing to Clemson," he said. "And I could still do that this upcoming week if it feels right, but right now I want to see Tech."
Reevey missed most of the season with stress fractures in both feet but said he's 95-percent now.
