Reese visits Indiana

Farmington, Mich., three-star class of 2016 linebacker David Reese felt the Indiana Hoosiers rolled out the red carpet for he and his parents during a visit this past weekend.
"They took me on the field and a tour of the facilities," Reese said. "The weight room was huge and I got a chance to go into the locker room and hear the pre-game speech. It was a fun experience."

The 6-foot-1, 225-pound Reese has visited several schools for home games this fall, but felt several aspects of Indiana's program were unique.
"The weight room was impressive and the facilities were unmatched," Reese said. "Their weight room set them apart from a lot of (schools). It's the second biggest in the country or something like that.
"The vibe you get from the people there and the players were all nice. They introduced me to all the linebackers and all their linebackers played a lot of minutes, so that was impressive."
Indiana linebackers coach William Inge is Reese's primary recruiter and has been in contact with his father throughout the fall. The Hoosiers have not offered Reese yet, but let him know they are watching him closely.
"Coach Inge just said to make sure I am enjoying the process," Reese said. "They said I am in a good spot right now."
Next on Reese's schedule is a visit this upcoming weekend to Western Michigan, followed by a planned trip to Ohio State the following weekend.
Reese contributed to a 7-3 season for Farmington this fall by registering 107 tackles and six sacks from his middle linebacker position.
