Reed liked K-State trip

Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde three-star weakside defensive end Deandre Reed took an official visit this weekend to Kansas State, despite making an earlier commitment to Arizona. According to his mother, who talked to Reed minutes ago, the visit went well.
"He was getting on the plane at the airport and won't be back until late tonight," Tina Reed, the 6-foot-3, 205-pounder's mother, said. "He said he had a lovely time, and really liked what he saw. He's on his way back now, and we'll talk more about the visit when he gets home."

Reed originally made an oral commitment to Colorado, but he decided to back away from that pledge when the Buffs made a change in coaches. He then committed to Arizona after taking December official visits to Fresno State and Arizona.
But he always said he wasn't 100 percent sure what he was going to do, so he then took visits to San Diego State and then to K-State this weekend.
