Redd excited after USC visit

Jaylon Redd had a great time at the recent USC Junior Day but he just wrapped up his sophomore season so the Trojans have not discussed an offer yet.
Still, the Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., athlete has a lot of interest in the Trojans and he definitely plans to keep in touch with the coaching staff.

"It went fine but no offer or anything," Redd said.
"They said they're going to come see me way more now and come down to my school soon as we start spring ball."
The 5-foot-9, 170-pound prospect who could be used on offense, defense and special teams has developed a good relationship with USC defensive backs coach Keith Heyward and that could play an important role as his recruitment continues.
Redd is not in any rush especially since he's a 2017 prospect but he definitely wants to hear more from the Trojans during the spring.
That means things could really pick up in the coming months.
"I like the USC family and their culture as a school and football program," Redd said. "Coach Heyward and I have a good relationship. I also love the facility and the environment on campus."
So far, the Rancho Cucamonga standout has been offered by Arizona State, Colorado and UCLA. He's been receiving interest not only from USC but also Nebraska, Oregon State and others.
