Recruiting stays busy for Robinson

Curtis Robinson recently took a trip to UCLA, met with coach Jim Mora for the first time and the four-star had rave reviews about Westwood.
The Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei won't say the Bruins are the team to beat but it appears that way at this point especially after his recent trip to the school.

"I already took the visit to UCLA so they're not as concerned about getting me out there," Robinson said. "They just want to stay in contact. I really like the coaching staff up there. I met coach Mora for the first time last week and it was great.
"It felt good out there. I don't know how to describe it. I was really comfortable out there."
The four-star standout who shined at wide receiver and linebacker last weekend at the Las Vegas Pylon 7v7 said Ohio State and Washington have also been aggressive in his recruitment recently.
The Buckeyes are pushing for him to visit but that could be difficult. Still, Robinson said he loves the attention from coach Urban Meyer's club.
"Ohio State is starting to push really hard and Washington is, too," Robinson said.
"(Ohio State) really wants to get me on campus which is really tough. I'd love to get out there and see what they have but it's tough to make that trip. They keep telling me they love me and they want me out there so it's good to hear from them so much."
The Santa Ana Mater Dei standout who has seen his recruitment take off in recent months is still hoping for one big offer - Stanford. Robinson did not say the Cardinal would move right to the top but it would be a major one for him. It's been quiet so far however.
"Nothing from them," Robinson said. "I'd love to get something from them but I'm fine being patient. If they decided to offer that would be awesome."
