Recruiting slows for Dudley-Giles

Dade City (Fla.) Pasco athlete Trey Dudley-Giles collected a number of offers during the spring and summer, but said things have slowed down as his senior season gets set to begin.
"Right now it is kind of slow," Dudley-Giles said. "I am at eight offers still."

Those offers are from Ball State, East Carolina, Eastern Michigan, Florida Atlantic, Massachusetts, Ohio, Rutgers, and South Alabama. The 5-foot-10, 170-pound athlete hasn't scheduled any official visits yet.
"I am probably going to set up visits towards the end of my season and then after the season probably," Dudley-Giles said. "I don't know of any visits yet. I am not sure of anywhere specific right now."
When he does hit the road, the three-star athlete is looking for the right opportunity.
"I am looking for a school that I can play at and I can have time to shine," Dudley-Giles said. "I want a place where the coaches really respect what you have to bring to the table."
As for his future position, it makes no difference to the Central Florida prospect whether he lines up on offense or defense.
"Wherever, it doesn't matter to me," Dudley-Giles said.
Dudley-Giles said a decision isn't likely to come until around National Signing Day.
