Recruiting is rising for Roldan

Lineman Dominique Roldan out of Virginia Beach (Va.) Landstown is garnering quite a bit of interest. Plenty of schools are taking a long look at the 6-foot-4, 310-pounder.
"Virginia is interested along with NC State," Landstown head coach Tommy Reamon said.

Roldan added.
"I have been to Penn State and I'm planning to go to Virginia Tech in April. I've got a visit planned with Virginia."
With interest picking up, Roldan broke down a few favorites.
"I always grew up a fan of Ohio State," he said. "I'd love to hear from them. I'd like recognition from Miami and Penn State was a great environment.
"Ohio State and Miami have great workout programs and usually Ohio State has great offensive lines."
College interest is growing rapidly for Roldan and he broke down what he wants in his future home.
"I just am looking for a good coaching staff, a nice environment and somewhere I'll fit in," he said. "I want to become a great athlete and want a great team with me, not only a team that works together, but that hopefully has great fans that keep them mentally prepared."
This past season as a junior was just Roldan's third ever-playing football; Reamon discussed his talented lineman more.
"I coached Elton Brown who went to Virginia and he reminds me of Elton," he said. "He has great feet and agility, that's what everybody raves about. He'll play guard or tackle; he's so doggone quick. He's aggressive at guard.
"As a person, he's wonderful. His father is in the military and he's very personable. He has to be the man of the house and he's a leader. You can see that charisma and I love him, he's got a wonderful personality."
