Recruiting heats up for three-star

This is turning out to be one of the crazier recruiting seasons in recent memory. The obvious reason for much of the insanity of this season has been all the switching around with committed players.
The other reason it has been an odd recruiting season is the lack of attention some players had then all of sudden they start getting offers and see their stock heat up.

One such player who has seen his stock rise after a very slow start is three-star wide receiver/defensive back Noel Grigsby (5-10, 190, 4.5) from Los Angeles (Calif.) Crenshaw.
Grigsby has picked up three offers of late from New Mexico State, San Jose State and Hawai'i.
"I just took a trip to San Jose State this past weekend," Grigsby said. "I liked it up there."
San Jose State has a nice atmosphere, nice facilities, and a good coaching staff," Grigsby said. "As of right now they are my number one school out of the schools that have offered."
"New Mexico State offered me last week," Grigsby said. "It was my first offer and I was relieved."
"Coach DeWayne Walker came to my house last night for their in-house," Grigsby said. "It went very well. He informed me about the program the he is building at New Mexico State and he wants me to be a part of that."
"I have to make a quick decision which school to visit this weekend, Hawai'i or New Mexico State," Grigsby said. "I know I will be in good hands at both schools.
"I know players from Crenshaw who are playing or have played at Hawai'i and they really liked it there."
