Recruiting heats up for Daniel

Not much has been heard from Highland Springs, Va. wide receiver Harry Lee Daniel since earlier this spring. Rivals caught up with the 6-foot-0, 183-pounder to find out who is showing interest and what his plans are in the near future.
"A lot is going on right now with recruiting," he said. "Schools are dropping by Highland Springs and I'm getting a lot of mail. I'm still waiting for my first offer, but Richmond and Virginia are talking about offering. A lot of other schools are staying in touch too like Virginia Tech, Maryland, Duke, Louisville, NC State and Syracuse."

Summer camp season is just about to begin, where is Daniel heading?
"I've got a lot of one day camps planned," he said. "I know the biggest one is a seven-on-seven team camp at Virginia. Other than that, I'm going to East Carolina in June and Virginia Tech and Richmond for one day camps in July."
Currently no schools are standing out for the Richmond area wideout.
"No one is sticking out at all," he said. "Mainly I'm looking at all the schools and academics are a big thing. I want to be challenged academically as well as on the football field. I also want a place I'll be able to play and be on TV."
Last season Daniel registered 600 yards receiving and nine touchdowns.
