Recruiters need not bother Rigan

Traverse City (Mich.) St. Francis defensive end Pat Rigan committed to Michigan State in mid-July. Don't expect Rigan to change his mind.
"I still get letters from some schools," Rigan said. "But I don't pay much attention to it anymore."

Rigan looked back on his commitment to the Spartans.
"I went to camps at Central Michigan, Michigan, Notre Dame, LSU, and Indiana.
"I went to Michigan State's camp July 11. Michigan State offered and I committed. Before that Central Michigan and Indiana offered.
"I have quite a few friends at Michigan State. It's close to home. I like the coaching staff. I like the facilities. I'm solid with Michigan State."
The 6-foot-6 and 235-pound Rigan, a three star player, is the No. 5 prospect in the state of Michigan in the Rivals.com player rankings. Rigan made 98 tackles during his junior season.
