Recruiters checking out Brousseau

Chippewa Falls offensive lineman Nick Brousseau is one of the biggest prospects in the state of Wisconsin. He was also the biggest prospect at one of the NIKE Training Camps.
"I went to the NIKE Camp at Kansas State," Brousseau said. "I think I did pretty good.

"I was the biggest guy there by two inches. And I think my testing went pretty well."
Asked about other camps he plans to attend, the 6-foot-8 and 310 pounder said, "I'm going to the Badgers' camp this summer for three days. That's around June 20.
"Mostly Wisconsin is still showing up as my favorite. Most of my other interest is spread pretty equal.
"Minnesota has been to my school, Arkansas has been to visit, and Northern Illinois visited school. And North Dakota State was at my school. And Ball State too.
"Clemson called, but we were playing phone tag. I called them back. We finally talked.
"Wisconsin was supposed to come up to watch one of my track meets, but they didn't make it. Coach Murphy is still supposed to come up, but I'm not sure when."
Brousseau was a starter at center his junior season, but could move to offensive tackle in college. He is a solid pass blocker who could develop into a very good run blocker too in college.
