Seth Zehr, who is from Fort Dodge High School, Iowa was named unanimous All-Conference last year and a preseason All-American by the Lindy Report. The Fort Dodge backs average 100+ yards a game running behind Seth and his fellow offensive linemen.
The 6-foot-6, 248 pound offensive lineman has offers from Iowa, Iowa State and Northern Iowa and has made a verbal commitment to Iowa State.

He said, "I'm pretty solid on my commitment, but things could fall through and I may have to actually sign elsewhere. I'm hoping everything goes off without a hitch, but you never know. They will probably be the only one I will actually take. Although, if things fall through with them, I'll be looking at Northern Iowa, as I have a brother there now and one who graduated from there."
"I was really impressed with the coaching staff at Iowa State. The head coach is straight forward and has a real love for the game and his players. They made me feel at home and very comfortable there and they are rebuilding and I always wanted to be a part of that. It would really be neat to be a part of bringing a program back to winning. I also wanted to commit early, so that I could concentrate on my senior season in high school," Seth said.
Seth lists his strong points as - "My quickness off the ball and my technique."
He describes himself as - "A hardworking player."
