Receiver gives visit high marks
New Madrid (Mo.) New Madrid County Central receiver Desmond Sims was committed to Arkansas at one point, but backed out of that to look at Missouri. Did he re-commit to the Hawgs this weekend on his official visit?
"It was really nice," Sims, who is 6-foot-2 and 195 pounds, said. "It was really nice to talk to the coaches and hang out with all of the guys.

"My mother and my girlfriend went down there with me. They really like it too. We sure ate a lot."
So is Sims committed again to the Hawgs?
"No, it's still Arkansas and Missouri neck and neck," he said. "I'm going down to Missouri next weekend, so it'll be interesting to compare the two schools. I'm going to be interested to see what they have in store for us."
Sims said one of the highlights of the visit was taking his girlfriend to the Juvenile concert.
"I think the whole team went," he said.
